At Wag & Whisker, we want you and your pet to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to start a return

Email us at chrishitz88@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's processed.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, we'll cover the return shipping and make it right.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund — no need to return the item.
