Thank you for shopping with Wag & Whisker! We want your pet's new favorites to arrive quickly and safely. Here's how shipping works:

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery times & rates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery dates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address, but we'll always do our best to help.
